Equipped with the RAPTOR silencer, which features a bulkhead structure developed over many years.
The interior of the silencer is divided into three expansion chambers. We conducted real-world riding tests, chassis dynamometer tests, and monitoring while adjusting the capacity of these chambers, as well as the total length and inner diameter of the bypass pipes connecting the bulkheads, down to the millimeter to achieve the optimal backpressure setting before production.
As a result of research conducted without regard to development costs, we created over 1,000 silencer concepts and more than 300 prototype silencers, which form the foundation of the 80D-RAPTOR brand muffler development.
The torque characteristics are improved to be full-flat, making it very easy to handle with excellent response, delivering powerful acceleration regardless of the RPM range when the throttle is opened.
