We have a Manufacturer in place in case you are interested.
I've just purchased a BS Tire.
For the record, we also have Tube and Rim Band with the same BS.
Since they are inexpensive, I feel that they should be new every time I replace a Tire.
When purchasing a Rim Band, you can find the part number of the Rim Band from the Tire size on the BS Site.
There is a list, so you can be sure to find the right one.

Maybe we can change it every time.
This is required for Tire replacement.
It's not that bad, and you can substitute a Gum Tape if you want.
Since they are inexpensive, I feel like I can replace them every time just to be safe.
The Rim Band fit from the Tire size is listed in the BS Site for BS.
From there, it is safe to find the part number and purchase.

When I replaced the Tire of SEROW225 WE, I replaced it with Tube and so on.
If you use it for a long time, the Valve hole will be cut off, so you should replace it regularly.
Or you can keep it as a spare in your toolbox in case you run out.
"22-21. means 22mm wide for 21-inches.

Tube protection is a first-class domestic product.
I've never had a tube puncture before. Thanks to this, we still have no experience of tube puncture.

Rubber has thickness and good texture.
I used it for SUPER CUB110 (JA07).
I've replaced the same product every two Tire changes and I still haven't had any trouble with it.
Rubber itself has a solid thickness, and the texture is very good with a supple material.
It's not too expensive, so I'd recommend replacing it with every Tire replacement to prevent Troubles before they happen!
