Gold 420NZ3 Chain from DID

* About quality and texture, The gold finish on the chain links looks outstanding especially next to the yellow of the Monkey 125 and the pins have been treated with a super die hardened process to increase the wear life significantly.* About the feeling of use, Would have to be the best DID chain I have used on the Monkey 125 to date, the previous DID standard series chain was half the price but needed more the double the maintenance and for me less time adjusting the chain is worth the extra cost.* Products to buy together, A front and rear sprocket, always advisable to replace these 3 parts together. I can recommend the Kitaco 420 pitch sprocket as that was what I have has success using.* Difficulty of installation, For removal of just the chain there will be enough slack in the chain to remove the joining clip and old chain but installation will also require removal of the front sprocket cover and a chain adjusted once the new joining clip is secured. The process was completed in 20 minutes with no difficultly.* Cost performance and comparison with other products, There are many chain options but for a non-sealed 420 pitch chain the pricing of this DID NZ3 is higher then most but that is due to the quality. Buy cheap and do more maintenance or spend more and do less maintenance, the choice is yours.* About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 6 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems.* Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, You may think a sealed chain is a better option but for a motorcycle that doesn't have a lot of power I prefer to not rob any power due to the frication created by the O-rings. Use the product reviews to assist in making a decision on your purchase.

Less Friction and Balance of durability is good

For 125cc motorcycles, I would choose a non-seal chain that has less power loss.
I think the durability is good.

Acceleration is lighter. (Seal chain ratio)

This is a replacement from EK's Seal chain.
The OEMChain extension was so great that I thought it would be MaintenanceFree if I made it a Seal chain.

The seal chain was a great improvement in terms of ductility, but maintenance was still necessary. (Of course …) I was thinking of going back to Non-seal next.

This Chain was used by a webby friend of mine for a different Motorcycle application, and the color looked good for my Motorcycle, so I had purchased it when it DID go 40% off.

As for the feeling after the replacement, obviously the starting is lighter and the fuel consumption has improved when calculated by the full-Tan method twice.
Non-seal might be better for 125ccClass.

The initial stretch was not as bad as I thought it would be, and now we will see how the durability holds up.

Easy to install. Adjust carefully.

[How is it used?
This is an Impression after about 3 months of installation on a GROM (2015 JC61).
Size will be 420 Size with 106 LINK.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was a very beautiful Gold and I was very satisfied when I put it on.

Was the installation difficult?
It is a clip type, so it was very easy. It would be better to have a special tool, but I was able to replace it with thin radio pliers I bought from a 100-yen store, so if you don't have a tool, it might be OK.

How was your experience with it?
I am Large satisfied with the installation and the quality. However, due to my mistake, I could not adjust the chain properly, and it seems to have been stretched unevenly after riding less than 2km from my house to the local motorcycle shop.......
I am concerned about a slight jingling sound when driving.

[Included Parts:were they on?
No special attachments.
It comes in a bag soaked in something like Oil? to prevent Rust.
It is recommended to wash it lightly with Chain cleaner before use, and then install and Grease up.

[Was there anything that disappointed you?
As noted above, the jingling sound is a bit annoying.
It was a little hard to tell if it was a Spec. or if it was caused by deflection due to maintenance errors, since it was ringing as soon as it started running.
