** Color anodized finishes will fade over time due to aging. Please be aware of this in advance.
* The disc diameter may differ from the stock size. Please check the stock size on the Sunstar fitment confirmation page before purchasing.
* Fitment for brake discs does not guarantee installation for sizes other than the stock size (outer diameter/thickness).
* When changing the outer diameter or thickness, please be careful of interference with surrounding parts or malfunctions.
* Also, please be careful of interference with surrounding parts when changing from a solid disc to a floating disc.
* The inner rotor design varies by vehicle model due to differences in wheel mounting dimensions (inner diameter). Please note that you cannot choose the design for the same type.
* As this is a critical safety component, please consult a specialized shop with professional knowledge, skills, and equipment for installation.
* Due to product specification changes, the inner shape may change. Please be aware of this.
* This product is sold as a single unit. Please check the number of discs required for your vehicle before purchasing.
* Please note that the selectable items may vary depending on the product..
* This item can not be cancelled, returned nor exchange after placing an order.

Affordable peace of mind with the world's top market share. Brake customization starts here.
Adopts Sunstar's unique stainless steel material exclusively for disc rotors. This is an all-round disc rotor that continues to be chosen by vehicle manufacturers around the world. Excellent compatibility with stock calipers and stock pads. Uses crimp-type floating pins that emphasize durability and maintainability for street use. While having performance equal to or better than stock discs, the price is lower than stock discs. Please enjoy brake customization more easily.
Tailor your preferred brakes. A new form of brake tuning.
The philosophy of being able to choose, that is Premium Racing.
Selection 1 - Outer Rotor
Control heat and master braking to dominate speed. The shape of the outer rotor is the most important part of a brake disc. How to efficiently convert kinetic energy into heat and absorb it. The materials and shapes required for this are evolving daily. Two types of outer rotors can be selected according to the application and scene.
Selection 2 - Thickness
0.5mm dramatically changes the brake feeling. Changing the thickness of the disc rotor is not widely known. It is common in the racing world, and the difference in brake feeling caused by changing the thickness is overwhelming. This is plate thickness tuning that only Premium Racing can do.
Merits and demerits of increasing the outer rotor thickness:
Merits:
- The piston protrusion amount is reduced, increasing the direct feeling of the brakes.
- Heat capacity increases, making it more resistant to thermal distortion.
- Heat resistance increases, and the lever feel becomes stable.
Demerits:
- Depending on the caliper, it may not be possible to install.
- Weight increases.
- Price increases.
Reference values:
Part number: DE10 5.0mm thickness 320mm weight 1290g
Part number: DE12 5.5mm thickness 320mm weight 1485g
In the latest racing scene...
Disc rotors with a thickness of 6.0mm or more are adopted in the highest racing categories such as the Superbike World Championship and the All Japan Road Race Championship. The background to this is that the performance of undercarriage components such as tires and suspensions has improved, and the burden on the brakes has increased. Although the weight increases by increasing the thickness, the merits of increasing the thickness are greater, making it an essential tuning for stabilizing the brake touch.
Selection 3 - Inner Rotor
Functional beauty tightens the look of the feet. The inner rotor greatly affects the appearance of the brake disc. The surface treatment uses black hard anodizing that emphasizes durability, and the inner rotor is crafted without compromise. A choice that also affects the brake feeling.
- S Type (Short Spoke): Evolved from conventional spokes, succeeding in increasing rigidity. The simple design matches vehicles of any era. Weight 334g (Mounting shape 101)
- M Type (Mesh Type): M Type is superior in terms of weight. Achieved weight reduction while ensuring necessary rigidity. Adopted a design that also fits the latest super sports. Weight 300g (Mounting shape 101)
- L Type (Lightweight Type): L Type designed with weight reduction as the top priority. Reducing the weight of the disc rotor, which becomes unsprung weight, improves the vehicle's handling performance. Weight 150g (Mounting shape 219)
Selection 4 - Floating Type
The standard for future brake tuning where you choose the brake feeling. Floating specifications that greatly affect the brake feeling. Full floating specification that enhances heat dissipation and realizes a more stable feeling. Semi-floating specification that suppresses pin wear with wave washers and does not choose the driving scene.
- Semi-floating: Because tension is applied by the wave washer, it hardly moves. This suppresses the wear of the floating pins and is excellent in maintainability. Also, it does not push back the brake pads, and you can choose any place to ride.
- Floating: Due to the clearance without the wave washer, the outer rotor is not fixed and moves. As a result, the time in contact with the brake pads is short, heat dissipation is excellent, and the brake feeling is improved.
Selection 5 - Color Pins
Differentiate with color and express individuality. Standard black and 7 optional colors are available. Now, the only disc in the world is in your hands.
