Compared to the ST-1 camshaft (online shop link), the ST-1 camshaft provides more power at higher rpm.
The cam sprocket has been modified with a long hole to allow for valve timing adjustment (stock is fixed).
This allows for use with various engine specifications and tuning levels.
The valve timing has already been adjusted for the STD engine at the time of shipment.
The cam specifications shown in the table are derived from the design values of the camshaft.
Due to the manufacturing process, there is a slight variation in each lot.
The ST-2 can usually be installed as a bolt-on, but for higher precision, it is recommended to reset the valve timing for each bike.
