■ Profile
PHANTOM™SPORTSCOMPRS features a race-oriented profile derived from Pirelli Superbike technology.
Pirelli has adopted design and manufacturing techniques aimed at obtaining a sharper profile, to better compensate for the modern needs of track riding.
The footprint depends on the angle of inclination. The result is excellent handling coupled with a large ground surface for lateral grip.
Only a 0-degree radial structure with 90-degree rayon plies provides proper stiffness distribution from shoulder to crown and at the same time high speed stability.
Thanks to a design that combines front and rear tire profiles, the PHANTOM™ SPORTSCOMPS RS can improve precision and feel throughout the entire cornering process.
