.
When riding SEROW250 and XG250 TRICKER on rocky terrain or wadachi, Shift Pedal hits rocks, especially the shaft fixed bolt, the bolt is removed and the pedal comes off "blah blah blah" frequently..
Shift Pedal axis is attached in a totally unreasonable position.
Please use the pre-bent (OEM) Shift Pedal KITA-SB-02 to replace this Bracket..
Bolt on the axis is not a good bet..
Pedal height can also be raised, which has been a point of dissatisfaction..
Shift Touch Tightly.
OEM has the Pedal shaft attached to the Frame and the Shift shaft attached to the Engine..
So the point of force and the point of action are very far apart.. The bracket is directly attached to the engine, so it is not affected by frame flexure, looseness, or vibration, making touch direct..
Also, the OEM Pedal tip is in image 5.. The LINK is also closer to a straight line than a crank shape, and the force is transmitted more straightly..
However, the LINK is used, and the Shift shaft also has a bending effect, so even if the Pedal hits the ground hard, there will be little damage to the Engine..
If you have a SEROW250 or XG250 TRICKER with a direct shift pedal (made in China, Reverse Shift), especially below horizontal, the Crankcase (inside the Right Side) will crack when the Shift Pedal hits a rock hard during a hill climb. Crankcase (inside the Right Side) will crack..
It is weak in the downward direction (upward direction with LINK). It is quite safe to have LINK attached.. It is one of those funky ideas for you!
When I move my body forward and my toes are down, the Pedal axis and Arm do not touch the sole of my foot (around the ball of the big toe) as in the ●● movie..
There is no need to shift with a strange inner thigh, and since the sole of the foot hits the ground and the legs are naturally bent over, "I step on the STAND with my heel, and it comes out.. It is one of those funky ideas for you!
STAND stalls when it comes out..
The ankle grips allow the toes to point downward even when the motorcycle is clamped between the ankle grips..
'Easy to get on with the norm.. '..
I have seen the Shift Pedal dangling from the Bolt after it has been dropped many times..
Bolts are tucked into the bag, the screws on the frame bracket are crushed and repaired, and so on..
Now the Bracket protects the Axis Bolt!.
It is hard to hit the ground, and you can shift the foot freely and hold the frame ankle to ankle.
