The original PIAGGIO transmission pulley covers serve as the basis in the production of our replacement SIP Style transmission pulley covers.
Our versions are powder-coated in a sophisticated high-end production process making the surface extremely tough and temperature resistant up to around 180°C around 180°C.
The bolts holding the transmission pulley cover should be tightened to between 11-13Nm.
The interior air-spoilers along with the air filter and the rubber buffers for the cover require transferral from the original cover.
SIP -TIP:For de/mounting the clutch holding tool (#BU5428) will also be required.

Attention:PIAGGIO has forgotten the threads (M5) for the Air Guide Plate in the current batch of Vario Covers.
These should still be cut in for proper installation of the Air Guide Plate
