■The link plate is thicker than that of the standard product, which increases the strength by 1.2-1.3 times (compared with SP Takegawa).Moreover, it is the strongest drive chain of 420 series equipped with SDH treatment and solid bushings.

■SDH processing
Chain stretching is caused by worn pins and bushings.The presence of fine, hard, harmful particles such as sand and dust between the pins and bushings accelerates chain wear, causes vibration and noise, and shortens the life of the chain.In such a case, SDH processing developed by D.I.D. is very effective.The SDH treatment forms a very hard film on the surface of the pin, and this film is in the form of a dispersion of carbides with even higher hardness inside.This prevents wear of the chain even if hard foreign particles are mixed in between the pin and the bushing from the outside.

■Solid bushings
This is a roller chain with excellent abrasion resistance that uses a highly rigid solid bushing with a smooth, seamless surface and excellent roundness.The solid bushing reduces the barrel deformation of the bushing that occurs when it is press-fitted into the link plate and forms an optimum contact bearing surface between the pin and the bushing.
