I mounted the 6v version on my honda dax st50g.The moped rides much smoother and has more torque. Nice original look with 50cc inscriptioni recommend this kit to anyone looking for quality and subtle improved performance

Kitaco 75cc bore up kit!

"Покупал на мой Cub deluxe 50сс 1981, 6v. Главное не ошибиться с выбором варианта комплекта. (Обращайте внимание на фото и форму поршня, на старых моделях он горбатый, номер набора 212-1013481).Это отличный набор, настоящее японское качество! Моя хонда стала очень резвой, замена главного жиклера не понадобилась, оставил стоковый на 75. Заказал заднюю звезду на 36T, вместо 40T. (36T по каталогу устанавливается на сub 70). Посмотрим, увеличится ли максимальная скорость, но мощности сейчас достаточно много (Этому способствует отсутствие ограничителя в коммутаторе, большой диаметр впуска карбюратора 14мм и клапанов, установленных на старых моделях 50cc при производстве на заводе Honda в 60-80 годы). 75cc is pretty useful!

Used for Bore up of SUPER CUB 50.
In general, 88cc is the usual way to bore up from 50, 75cc is not enough.
Nice thing
? It's above the waist, so you can assemble it by yourself. Don't worry, there are a lot of videos and Net introducing it.
KITACO sells not only Kit but also Repair PartsSingle Body, so you can maintain it in the mid to long term if you want to.
The Torque is in a different dimension from the 50, and I think everyone can feel this. In order to make the best use of this Torque, you need to raise the Sprocket (I used 14-36 as a reference for CUB70). Also, the carburetor should be around 16 to 18 pies.

It runs well with Regular Gasoline. It is recommended to use high octane, but if the cylinder head is NORMAL, you can use regular.

A bad point
The procedure to Yellow color Number. It's easy and short, but you may find it troublesome.
The 50cc clutch is not able to keep up with the engine power, so it slips easily.
Carburetor setting is difficult, I think the best setting is a little darker than normal.

I wrote a lot of things, but it's a good product that you can easily enjoy with a DIY feeling.
