This air filter replaces the stock air element. It maintains superior filtration performance and consistent intake efficiency simply by replacing the stock unit. The filter material is made of cotton, making it economical as it can be reused with periodic maintenance. A wide lineup is available for both domestic and imported vehicles.

■ Filter Charger Effect
The special structure consists of four layers of highly breathable DuPont cotton gauze sandwiched between fine aluminum mesh with low air resistance. This structure "rectifies" the air passing through the filter, increasing airflow. This is the superior intake characteristic known as the Filter Charger.

■ Filtration Effect
The accordion structure of the special high-efficiency filter increases the surface area in contact with the air, preventing the entry of dirt and dust. The special oil impregnated into the cotton provides excellent adhesion; dust and dirt trapped on the cotton form a new filter structure, maintaining a high-level balance between intake efficiency and dust-proofing.

■ Excellent Economy
Because the filter is made of cotton, it can be reused by cleaning it with a dedicated K&N cleaner. Using the dedicated cleaner allows for easy and speedy cleaning, and the level of dirt removal is clearly visible for peace of mind.

■ Racing Specification Lineup
For some models, a race-only filter is available, which reduces the standard 4-layer cotton gauze to 2 layers to further improve intake efficiency. (Engine tuning may be required to achieve full performance.)

the large displacement of MT-01 changes, so that it can be felt extremely! especially the elongation in a high speed comes out good, and peevish -- ~. <br>It became lighter pure and the suction noise (at the time of idling) also grew into sound good.
Maintainable without replacement!
Paired nicely with my Drummer SS exhaust after an ECU tune
K&N air filter was a nice performance upgrade for the SV650
K&N Air Filter
I couldn't pimp it out.
I want Repair Parts because the round packing in the image is not good.
No longer a standard product.
Maintenance is much easier.
Not so good for R1 (2006)

good

K&N's air cleaner reduces the intake resistance, so you can feel the power up just by putting it on. Response responds very quickly and the engine starts to blow up very well. The low RPM Torque does not drop and it is easy to drive on the street. There are many similar air cleaners out there, but the performance is totally different, so I think you should choose K&N if you are going to buy an air cleaner. If you use the special CleanerKit, you can use it semi-permanently, so I think it is very cost-effective considering its performance.

As for the air element of MT-01, luck became good by touch of the displacement to which the axel became easy clearly when changing into this although he thought that it was comparatively small.

It's usable as long as you don't drive on forest roads.

I bought this for use on road.
When used on forest roads, it clogs up quickly, but is not a problem on paved roads.
Intake resistance is also reduced, which is good.
It can be washed and used, so I think it is cosmetically superior in that respect.
