I put them on my ELIMINATOR 250.
Tire size of Eliminator is 110/90-17 front, and there is only one brand of Dunlop which is easy to get. I think SRX400 owners have the same problem.
So I tried DownSizing this time, and decided to use 100/80-17 BATTLAX. Because it becomes Smaller than the specified Size, there is a little error in Meter. (The display will be approximately 4% higher) Therefore, fuel consumption and speed can only be described by the atmosphere.
The DownSize makes the Handlebar cut faster and a bit OverStir, but it's just right for the Eliminator which is not a fluttering type. Also, the start-up is quicker and you can increase the speed to enter the Corner.
The Grip is also quite secure and shows no signs of losing even when bedded in at 90km.Even though it's a Bias tire, there seems to be an advancement in design.I don't see any limits in Wet, so I'm not worried about Touring.
In conclusion, I think EliminatorOwner is a Tire that you should try just once.
However, the only disadvantage is that the silhouette of the front becomes unreliable due to the down size, and the unbalance with the thicker rear tire will be emphasized.
