When the Pulley is removed, the Slide Piece comes off easily from the Ramp Plate If it is past its useful life
I bought this Slide Piece, which is less expensive, although the OEM is safe to replace it
I don't know how durable they are, as I just installed them, but I had to put a lot of pressure on them to get them on I think you can expect it
