I always replace it when I change Oil.

A crush washer

This product can replace genuine products.This is a crush washer. Crush washers are rounded washers made out of softer metal. When a bolt is screwed down against this washer it gets “crushed” and forms around the bolt. This creates a seal around the bolt. I bought one more spare while purchasing the drain bolt. It would be nice to change it every time you change the oil, but I think it's a waste, so I'm going to change one for 3 times. I measured the size of this product and it matched the item description.
