Hard anodized coating alone can cause seizure when used in areas with high contact pressure, fine vibrations, or friction. By adding self-lubricating properties to this hard anodized coating, we have succeeded in improving the wear resistance of the sprocket.
● Lubricity and Wear Resistance
Molybdenum disulfide, which permeates the entire micropore structure of the anodized layer through electrolytic deposition, significantly reduces the frictional resistance of the hard coating. It provides lubricity for sliding parts even without oil.
● Durability
Durability performance is several times higher than standard hard anodizing in friction tests.
● High Hardness
Approximately 130%-150% improvement compared to standard anodizing.
