Large enough is not a problem.
I wanted a big rubber net for my CT125 Rear Carrier, so I chose this 70×35cm one.
I bought the large size for a large size ball and it is just fine.

If you want a rectangular Net, this Net is for you
I use the PannierHook for long touring and to secure it in place
I often want to fix it in either direction, either horizontally or vertically, and since it's a rectangular net, it's handy
Hook is Material:Plastic, but it's thick enough that I'm not worried about its strength so far
