Front Sprocket

[How is it used?
A Small stone, which I think was picked up by the Rear tire when driving, was unfortunately caught in the Chain and broke 1 pc of the Sprocket tooth, which has hardly been used yet.
It's a waste of money, but I have no choice but to replace it.

Was the one you received as per Image?
The Sprocket with the broken tooth was also MADE IN SUNSTAR, but the shape was slightly changed and the wall thickness of the part that fits into the Spline was thinner.
Because it is not a large rotation speed and the outside diameter is small, I think that there is no effect such as the reduction of the GYRO effect even if it is lightened, but it is good that it is light.
Even though it's thinner. "It may not be strong enough..." I guess my old one was too sturdy because it's so solid that I can't believe it.

Was the installation difficult?
The product accuracy is high, so it is not difficult under normal circumstances.
In the case of me, it is a special vehicle that cannot be used as it is (it is necessary to set 2mmOffset), so in such a sense, the degree of difficulty is very high though the compatible model of the thing purchased is for DUCATI900SS.

How was your experience with it?
SUNSTAR as usual.
The quality is totally different from the cheap products of Large land-based companies.
At first glance, there is no difference between the Large and the Made in Sunstar, but the shape of the teeth is correct, so you can tell by the small amount of resistance when you push and pull.
More specifically, the distance you can run empty when you cut the Engine and come back is completely different from Chinese products.

[Was there anything that disappointed you?
In order to unite with the Spline fixed Washer, there is the Screw hole which does the Bolt stop, but this time the Screw was a little rough, or the Screw was difficult to hang on very slightly.
I tried to kidnap the first 0.1 pile or so lightly, but it was too hard because it was baked.
The screw hole itself is perfect because it goes through easily by hand from the other side.
Well, it's not a problem because you just have to be careful and apply it carefully.

MADE IN SUNSTAR has always had a paper Package, but this is exquisitely tacky.
At least if you stop the White Package, it will look a little more luxurious.
Or, you could go for the cheapest printing of one color BlackInk on a bare Dan Ball color with the highest quality and rigor.

It is a product of Drive side. The tooth tip shape is slightly different from OEM, but there is no problem with installation. Compatibility with Chain is also good after installation and it is smooth and smooth.

I ordered a 520 conversion kit for my Hayabusa 1300R which include Sunstar front sprochet 17 teeth same stock size (stoch with 530 size). The Sunstar front sprocket has super ligh weight, full kit include DID 520 ZVM-X chain 116 link , front sprocket 17 teeth and rear sprocket 43 teeth weight only about 2.5kg, I think I've lost 50 percent of the weight.

I was very sceptical about ordering via webike however I could not find this particular part anywhere but the USA or Japan. I took the gamble with Japan and I have been very impressed, not only can you track your order whilst it's in Japan but it also works with Royalmail, ordered on the 16, processed on the 17, delivered to my door on the 20th. I don't usually leave reviews and after all this is just a front sprocket but it's Japanese quality not rubbish from their neighbours. Afraid to say it Europe but I'm going to start my searches with Webike first from now on.

If you are trying to keep the old bikes looks more close to it's original factory form. Sunstar is a good choice.Good replacement for old bikes. The durability is long lasting.
