I bought it on the occasion of converting my '14 MC41 CBR250R late model to Fender Eliminator.
The Fender Eliminator does not come with a reflector, so I chose this one.
I compared and examined with Active's Slim type Reflector of the number co-closing type, but I decided to buy this product also to reinforce the license plate which becomes bare by making it into Fender Eliminator.
The content of the packing is only Reflector of Number base and Paste Type. This price is just this …hmmm ….
But it is light and sturdy, and the texture is good and the anodized is applied beautifully.
As raised in the image, the interval between the Number base and the fixed claw is too narrow and the raised part of the edge of the Number does not enter at all. Moreover, Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) And.
In case you're wondering, the Number was re-registered late last year and is still a beauty with no freshly made distortions whatsoever.
If I forced it in, the Number was going to be deformed, so I agitated the claws while paying close attention to the anodized peel and looking for the best position where the Number can be fixed and not rattle.
The position of the Reflector can be pasted to the top and bottom because there is room, but I wanted a sense of unity with the Number, so I pasted it to the RLimit of the upper bend part.
Once the position of the Reflector is decided, carefully pull the peeled paper downward while holding the Reflector so that it does not gap.
I installed it with that in mind, and it looks very GOOD.
Up and down Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Because both plates are exposed about 1mm more than the License Plate edge, it makes the Number seem to be high class.
Incidentally, for the above reason, Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) NumberSIDEBlinkerCompact of the Active manufacture which was anxious whether it interfered and could be used together was possible to be used together without interference.
Personally, I'm not dissatisfied with it, but I think it would be more stylish if the Reflector mounting part was the same size as the Reflector. It's a bit expensive.
Well, I think it's unavoidable because I think the Base part is used with other Reflector size products, but…
Also, the aforementioned claw problem. If it is a cheap price, I think it is unavoidable, but if it is this price, I want it to be done properly.
If you're worried about tripping and bending the Number with the Fender Eliminator, buy this one for the Reflector as well!
