I\'m 174cm and 72 kg and i order L size and it suits me perfectly. The material is very good and i love the zipped. All pads are positional well to my body. This is a very good 4 seasons jacket. The inner insulation is hnot suitable in daylight of Malaysian weather. But since all the pads are removable it can transformto daily jacket as well. Love the jacket.
