The bulbs are glass with an amber tint. About the feeling of use, By removing the bright orange lenses and replacing them with the smoked lenses the impact of the large original blinkers is softened while they still have the same desired effect as the original blinkers when in operation. Products to buy together, While working on making the original blinkers look nicer I would take advantage of this to also add a fender eliminator to your cart to help tidy up the rear end on the bike. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the lenses for my installation was very easy due to the simplistic design of how the lenses secure to the blinker housing with a clip and a screw. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is great. You receive a pair of lenses and bulbs that are of great quality. The pricing of other lens sets available are much higher and I like that Kitaco allow you to purchase the sets for the front and rear individually. The lenses are made from plastic with a smoked finish and the included globes are amber in colour for correct turn signal operation.About the feeling of use: The rear end of the Grom looks perfect with these smoked lenses as they blend in with the other black plastics and don't stand out like the Honda orange lenses.Products to buy together: The blinker lens set is for the front would also be desirable to purchase along side this blinker lens kit for the rear so that all four blinkers are matching.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about five minutes. There is just one screw securing each blinker lens and a clip on the opposite end, once removed swap out the globe and install the new tinted lens cover. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a high quality product and at the best price as compared to the other blinker lens sets that are available from SP Takegawa.About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently unavailable due to Japan Post. Installed on a 14 grom, very easy to install, just remove one screw and replace. It looks much tighter and more parenthesis.
