Comparison with the OEM Slipper clutch
The 2015 and later models of the Ninja 250 are Standard Equipment This is a comparison with the OEM Slipper clutch.
I felt the Takekawa Slipper Clutch was a little better in terms of effectiveness.
The cut of the Clutch is better and quicker than the OEMSlipper Clutch.
OEMClutch (No Slippers) The closest thing to the Fee Ring of the Takekawa Slipper Clutch is the Takekawa Slipper Clutch.
Slipper clutch made by Takekawa has a lightness of pull of the Clutch lever. OEMClutch (No Slippers) but the OEMSlipper clutch has an Assist and the Clutch Spring is in three. (OEM Clutch and Takekawa Slipper Clutch have 4 clutches) So Lever's pull is much lighter.
It seems to be a matter of preference as to which is better.
If you want to install it on a model year vehicle that does not have the OEM Slipper Clutch, both of these clutches can be used. I recommend it, but I think the Takekawa Slipper clutch is a little less expensive.
DIY installation can be done with the right tools.
