I bought it because I don't think the standard Sponge-like Protector would save my life in an accident, and I like it because it is easy to put in my Jacket and bend my back, but you can clearly see the shape of the Protector when you look at the Jacket from the back. I would appreciate it even more if a CELevel2 product would be available.

The sense of security is different.
I replaced the UrethaneProtector that came with the Komine Jacket with this one.
This is a L Size Jacket, so the M Size fits perfectly here.
Because of the hard Protector, your back will feel a little protruding, but it is not that uncomfortable.
Improved peace of mind by simply replacing it.
It's also reasonably priced.
I think it's a good buy.

The spinal protector that originally came in the box seemed to be unreliable at Pelle Pera, so I bought this one to keep it safe and cheap as well.
If I were to give it a little demerit, I would say that it is quite stiff, and if you bend your back, it doesn't bend to match nicely, which may be a concern.
Still, it's a RECOMMENDATION because it's priced right and it's safe as hell!

Light, safe and highly universal
The Sponge and Protector have a perfect space between them, and the Shock absorption is well thought out for the Fit feeling.
