Wow wow wow!!!

I can't tell you how pleased I am with this ignition. I bought it for my zr550 based on the glowing reviews on Webike. Phrases like "torque is overflowing", "it is like a turbo", and "it was like riding a liter bike for the first time [for a zr400]" caught my attention. I experienced every one of those sensations after installing the SPII. Even without adjusting the ignition curves, my bike felt much stronger. After cranking the advance up to the max, the bike transformed into the hyper-responsive little torque monster screamer I've lusted after since I first started modifying it. I'm not sure how the SPII would affect a bike that is completely stock. I've got zx550 cams, a Factory Pro Stage I jet kit, Kerker race exhaust and K&N filter. For me at least, the results have been phenomenal - much more noticeable power gain than any of the previous mods. I can't recommend this product highly enough. It's the best money I've spent on my bike. I'm going to get the bike professionally tuned now, largely to make sure I don't have the advance set high enough to cause damage. If your like me and not sure if this is worth it for the mc22... we'll, I'm not surePros100%better idle Acceleration seems more stable, smooth, effortless.Installation isn't that's hard, this stystem is pretty much plug and play, once it's wired in, you have 2 switches to play with, one is the rpm limiter amd the other is the power band, you can under or overpower your system depending what you want to do. Personally I have a heavily modified Japanese exrace mc22 so I know the engine can handle it. But you risk blowing the engine running it overcharged, that being said you can 100% feel the difference .I say for the money its worth it, I think the Yamamoto spec-a titanium exhaust would pair up amazing with this.

It's worth putting on

Was the installation difficult?
A complete instruction manual is included, so if you have enough skill to replace the plug cord, you should be able to install it.

How was your experience with it?
I think it is remarkable with regard to startup and Response.
The OEMIgniter was in bad shape & already discontinued, so I think it is worth taking the plunge and replacing it with the Uotani if you have such a problem, although it is a bit expensive.

Best Ignition Kit

I have been using the same Full powerKit for more than 13 years, but recently it started to lose fire while running, so I decided to replace it. It is basically the same, but the method of connecting the plug cord to the coil had been changed and the version had been upgraded. After replacing the plug cord, I was surprised to see the Torque up when I took it for a test ride. It seemed to have deteriorated over many years of use. Ignition system is very important.
