FCC friction plate is used
This clutch kit has a larger capacity than the stock kit, but was developed for ease of use on the street.
The friction plate made by FCC is used.The clutch lining of the latest material is used, and the operation becomes lighter than the stock one though it has a large capacity.
There is no heavy clutch operation, bad disengagement, or judder at the time of release like racing clutch kit.
With the included setup collar, it is possible to set up the engine according to the engine specification from the stock vehicle to the full tuning vehicle.
●Friction plates of modern performance standards
The friction plate of the Z series was developed after 1970's, and the friction coefficient of the lining was lower than the modern one, so the spring rate had to be increased in order to secure the clutch capacity.In addition, due to the characteristics of the material, the clutch of this era of kawasaki machines tends to stick easily, and the phenomenon that the engine stops when it is put into Lo gear right after starting is known to the owner.
The friction plate with the latest lining made by FCC realizes a clutch set that is easy to operate without sticking.
Unlike the pure racing reinforced clutch kit, it will not damage the clutch housing.
●Specially designed long type roll rate spring
On the street, there are many situations where you have to hold the lever while the clutch is disengaged at traffic lights.In order to reduce the weight, long type roll rate springs, which are more durable than ever, have been introduced.
This makes it easy to change the load setting by changing the setup collar.
●Light operation

After 10,000km, the front clutch started to slip when cold, so I changed it. When I took it off, I found that it had decreased. The clutch is very normal, but the lever is much lighter and I am glad that I chose this one.

Suitable Z1 original Cluch but not PAMS Modèle : CCVK-WOC
I am very disappointed and angry.I have bought the Kit de conversion du système d'embrayage PAMS Modèle : CCVK-WOC, it not suitable for Kawa Z1 discs.Ok, i buy these discs, springs and so on from PAMS...And they are not fittable with the kit of conersion bought from PAMS !!!
