Bagus has completed the chromoly front axle shaft.
The front axle shaft is the only thing that transmits the movement of the front fork to the tire.
It is a very important place, although it is difficult to feel.
This is a place where strength is required to transmit the correct force, but wishing to keep the unsprung weight as light as possible.
If so, titanium is the good choice to make it, but it is said that titanium shafts break, and the use of titanium shafts is still prohibited by race regulations.
The answer by Bagus! was to use chrome-moly SCM-440 tempered wood for the complete one-piece molding!
Material: SCM-440 material.
The tempered material is the best material of chromoly with molecularly uniform grain.
Therefore, it is strong and resistant to heat and distortion.
This can be exited with a hex, making it lighter!
The manufacturing process does not end with processing and coating.
Four processes: Machining - Heat treatment - re-polishing (to correct distortions caused by heat treatment) - Special coating with a single wall thickness of 10 μ.
The coating is usually 4 to 5 microns, but Bagus! Motor Cycle made it 10 microns, so it is hard to peel off and rust, and its own surface is smooth.
Also, if both ends are screwed, the number of compatible models will increase, but the essential strength will be lost.
Therefore, the nut is used only on one side.
ZRX1100/1200 '08 and ZZR1100 are hollow specs because of their thickness
