Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great and similar to what Takegawa offer with the use of an independant speed sensor but there are cheaper options that use the original sensor in the engine for speedometer correct if that suits your purpose. About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the speed sensor kit from Kitaco made up of numerous well made electrical items with the controller housing made from a durable plastic but not waterproof.About the feeling of use: After installing the Kitaco 5 speed transmission into my Grom I has issues with the speedometer and this speed sensor kit from Kitaco was the solution to my problem.Products to buy together: After resolving the speedometer problem with this kit I would also have liked to purchase a shift position indicator for a visual display of my gear position.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about one hour, installation requires the seat and left body fairing to be removed to access the electical connectors of the main wiring harness, route the wiring after the sensor is installed off the lower front brake caliper bolt and then calibrate the controller correctly. A little difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a well packed speed sensor kit from Kitaco and the best priced one as compared to the speed sensor kit available from SP Takegawa.About shipping and packaging: The faster shipping options are too expensive for myself so I just have to wait for my part to arrive via sea freight. If you riding style see's you with your front wheel off the ground a lot of the time then the SP Takegawa speed sensor kit that has it's sensor position off the rear wheel may be more suitable.

It was easy to install and the Unit settings were easy to understand.
One thing that wasn't so great was that the Disc Rotor's Mounting the Sensor through the Center of the Mounting Bolt and pushing the glom by hand When I walked, the Speed display was often showing more than double the Speed, so I was in a position to go through the end of the Bolt. After adjusting the sensor installation position, the speed display returned to normal.
I've got over 1,000 miles on it now and it works great.
