Necessities for high tuned engines including big bore.The engine with high rpm and high performance emits huge amount of heat as a compensation, and it may be damaged by overheating or seizure if the engine is left in stock condition, so it is recommended to install the oil cooler.
The Super Oil Cooler KIT boasts heat dissipation equivalent to that of a 400cc class oil cooler, and provides stable engine performance even under severe conditions such as racing and in the hot sun.
●Type A is a cylinder head lower mount and Type B is a cylinder head upper mount.
●Special bracket included.Bolt-on installation can be done.
●Union bolts are used on the oil cooler for greater flexibility in hose routing.The union bolt has been anodized in color.
●Oil capacity in condenser 150cc (5-way core) 75cc (3-way core)

Looks awesome, didn't work with the Kitaco neo, it makes it too close to the fender and it hit the cooler, I recomend the high mount for this, the rubber bushings also don't last very long, they are too small,

* About quality and texture, Large 5 row highly efficient aluminium oil cooler, anodized aluminium banjo bolts and fitting, nylon braided oil hose and machined aluminium tappet covers with mounting bracket.* About the feeling of use, I must say the 5 row oil cooler does look very impressive fitted to the Grom and for my current level of engine modifications is too large, the 3 row oil cooler would have been better suited to my high compression 125cc piston.* Products to buy together, The Kitaco super oil pump would be wise to purchase along side the oil cooler kit to assist with the additional burden that oil circulation will now be under.* Difficulty of installation, The install is as simple as swapping the tappet covers, mounting up the oil cooler, cutting the oil hoses to your required length and securing them with the banjo hardware. The process was completed in 40 minutes with no difficultly.* Cost performance and comparison with other products, Best value for the biggest highly efficient oil cooler kit available here on Webike specifically for the Grom. It could only be better if the kit included a stone guard like the more expensive kits from SP Takegawa.* About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 8 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems.* Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, Due to the positioning of this oil cooler kit, adding a stone guard to you list of additional items to purchase is advised. When used simultaneously with Bikers' Brake hose guide, Full Bottom at RightCurve touches the fins of OIL cooler. (I touched it) CoreCenter 1 / About 3 fins collapsed. Fortunately there is no leakage of OIL so we are correcting the fins and are in use. Bikersetc. Please beware if you are planning to use it simultaneously with a long Brake hose guide.

Simultaneous with Clutch cover of company. Screw seems to be licking with regulation Torque. Lock tite painted and tightened slightly weaker than prescribed Torque. Like a somewhat OIL cooler, I will reach the exquisite position without having to touch the Fender even at Full Bottom. Cylinder upper mount.
