* For Grand Axis, routing the G-Lock wire is difficult. Install with care or disable the G-Lock function.

This OEM-style air cleaner box allows for a largely bolt-on installation when fitting a PWK28-type large-bore carburetor to a Grand Axis or BW S100, providing both increased performance and quiet operation.
Features:
The housing is constructed from PP material for durability and noise reduction. The intake design prioritizes efficiency and sound suppression, eliminating the drivetrain air supply path.
Includes three intake ports, two high-efficiency sound-dampening ducts, and one rubber plug. Equipped with a high-efficiency sponge filter (replacements available).
The carburetor joint features a 3D-designed, durable rubber construction engineered to maximize efficiency in tight spaces.
Tuning Advice:
For increased airflow, remove the rubber plug and add optional ducts (up to three total). Further airflow can be achieved by drilling a 28 mm diameter hole on the drivetrain side for additional ducts. A maximum of five ducts, combined with removing the filter sponge, provides an intake volume comparable to a filter-less setup. Use optional rubber plugs to adjust or reduce intake volume as needed.

I wanted to make my Second Type ModelgAXIS a little faster on the street, so I changed the Piston and Cylinder to a Big GREED, Big manifold, pe28carburetor, Big air chest box and Chamber.
