*Although the adjustment point is different depending on the product, it is a part that needs to be adjusted to some extent when installing the parts such as centering with washers, adjusting with shims, adjusting the height with gaskets, etc.

The torque camshafts were designed using data from the 2010 Maruchi Cup Open Class Winner and 2010 S-1GP Series Champion, the KN Project Cygnus X.
The angle and shape of the groove calculated by extensive testing can be selected from two types of trate grooves, 48 degrees and 50 degrees, and the opening side has been successfully increased by about 8% compared to the stock torque cam.
The special tool oil seal guide is included to prevent the oil seal from peeling up during installation.

KN koso torque driver outer 48* & 50* straight ramps.

after installing a race variator it had the worst shift to high. no matter what i did with weights and springs. after adding the new outer driver with 50* ramps it became a dream. i tried both the 48* ramps i prefered the 50* slower shift. i have driver rollers to replace the pins on the way. i paid extra for fast shipping to the states. 100% happy with my purchase. i place a 2nd order with webike. they rock!!! 04 vino 125 TKW variator, NCY clutch, dr pulleys 10g, koso KN TD outer 50* ramps, Athena belt, air intake and loud pipe...parts ready to install or on the way- 150cc BBK with hot cam, roller pins, shims, power up shorter boss 47.7. 759-20 belt
