This Brand if you want to make it 415?

I bought this for my Yamaha YZF-R25.

I looked for Sprocket to convert to 415, but I couldn't find another one, so I bought this one.

415 itself is a special size that is not being used these days, so it is Large strange to find Sprocket as well(^^;

XAM is a well-known manufacturer, so quality is not an issue.

Anodized is also chic and nice!

If you want to convert to 415, this is your only option right now, so don't delay in purchasing!

AMA STYLE

I installed this product on my YAMAHA DT200WR 92. Because the DT200WR has slightly less displacement than other dual-purpose bikes of this age, I chose the 45T (OEM: 42) for acceleration. As expected, we got good acceleration. The durability of this product will not be as good as OEM parts, but it will look racy and help reduce unsprung weight.

To GROM.

Purchased Front 16T and Rear 37T to make it slightly lower geared.
Steel at 37T would be reasonably heavy, so I was excited to go with DuraluminSprocket.

Gold "Classic" But it would have been nice if Fashion (Lol) I chose the Premium one because of the 20x Point reduction. I will leave the durability to other people's impressions.

I don't know if it was because of the rare 37T tooth count or because I asked for it during the hectic end-of-year period. I don't know if it's because of the number of teeth, or because I asked for it during the hectic end of the year season.
Delivery time took about 3 weeks. (Initially, about 1 month)
If you need it to attend Races and Events, you will need to order it well in advance.

So, when installing, Habit, or rather, Sprocket of XAM is (I've only used it for HONDA's SmallEngine Displacement Volume.)
The hole size for the hub center and hub bolt may be a little too large, so if you install them properly, the drive chain may not be able to fit in the hub center.
It would be better to be careful because it would be as if you are stretching one side.

I wish they would make it a little more Tight.

Used in FTR223

[How is it used?
Used on FTR223.
Applications:City driving, Touring, Circuit driving, FlatDirt
Used for about 3 years.
ChainMaintenance is performed every 500km.

Was the one you received as per Image?
As you can see in the image, the color of the Bronze is Large, but the Parenthesis is good.

Was the installation difficult?
Removing the rear wheel and sprocket on the FTR223 can be a bit of a challenge, but as long as you have the tools and the motivation, you can do it.
To remove the rear wheel, you need to remove the Circlip.
To remove the sprocket, pull out the sprocket from the rear hub, then grasp the stud bolt with a vise-etc. and loosen the nut to prevent it from turning together.
When installing the unit, make sure that it does not rotate together.

How was your experience with it?
I've been using it for about three years for various purposes and have driven a good amount of miles, but due to the characteristics of this product, I'm not sure if it's worth it. (Although it may have been due to frequent maintenance.) I was able to use it without replacing it.
If you want to use a Duralumin sprocket for as long as possible, this product can be recommended. (Due to the characteristics of the product, it has a surface treatment that improves its lubricity when compared to other companies.)
The weight is naturally lighter than the OEM.
As for the durability comparison between this product and the Duralumin Sprocket made by Sunstar and isa, since I do maintenance frequently, there was no noticeable difference between the two, but the wear of the teeth on this product was slightly slower. (I have experience using SUNSTAR, isa, and XAM.)

Snap Ring Pliers for Axis (Required)
