Frame Guard

I used to use Z-CARBON Frame guard (item number:ZC35-5115), but the cover range was too narrow, so I changed to this product.

Right Side Cover can be fixed at 4 points by Bolt, so it can be installed firmly, but Left Side cannot be fixed firmly because only one point is Bolt fixed. I added Tie Wrap and fixed the lower part of Cover.

Do you have any wishes or improvements you would like to make for the Manufacturer?
The method of fixing Left SideCover should be more creative. And I want you to attach the protective seat to the CoverReverse side of the part that might touch the Frame.

The Right Side cover is originally It is mountable to the bolt, but since my motorcycle has a modified rear master cylinder, I added an extra clearance at the contact point. I used Tie Wrap of the size that fits into the groove under the Cover and fixed it to the Frame. Now the wobbling was solved.

As it is, there are several parts where the Frame and Cover come into contact with each other, so I bent the Cover slowly by hand so that it does not come into contact with the Frame, and furthermore, I put a thin Urethane sheet on the reverse side of the Cover to avoid the contact with the Frame.

Only a very simple Instruction Manual is included, so you'll need to be creative in your installation.
