BRAKING Disc Rotor - Buell XB12Ss

Adding the wave rotor up front on my Buell was something that was really needed to sort out the poor quality braking from the OEM rotor.

Braking power will be improved, but …

Installation is the same as the OEMs, which is a hassle, but the point is the same


The quality of the tone is somewhat carbide-infused (I haven't examined it in detail)

As stated in the Manual, Mount Bolt (Fixing Bolt?), Spacer, Washer and Spring are all replaced at the same time I can't afford to do that, so I'm going to divert the previous one (not recommended)

The pad is still in the Ferodo FD2145ST (before changing the disc plate) SinterGrip)


Apply an oil stone to the inner surface of the outer surface and the edge of the heat sink hole before mounting it


The Spacer has not been replaced, so the occurrence of the clattering sound was known, but for a while (about 50km) You're using it
Crunching sound increased Large
Because Pad exchange was in sight, when I checked with Pad exchange, I found that with Spacer Stages were occurring

The OEMs had some clattering sounds, but not this much with stages, so I had to use a spare one I reverted to OEMPlate

Simultaneous replacement of Spacer Washer is required for installation By the way, it costs about 9,000 yen for the OEMSpacer and the Washer Although the improvement of the braking force is remarkable, the consumption of other parts is severe I recommend it to anyone who can
