Makes it more comfortable to keep the chin down when tucked.
Having your chin on the tank is very vibration heavy and this helps minimize that when trying to stay tucked unter a bike's windscreen.Might not be a perfect fit due to the shape of your bike's tank, but the adhesive and the softness of the material make it easy to stick.
