Purchased with the replacement of a vehicle
I tried to use the VARIOTop case that was installed on my BMW F750GS on my newly purchased G310GS, but the key shape is different and cannot be locked.
I thought about buying a key from a dealer, but I had already given away my F750GSBody and the key number was unknown, so it seemed like a waste to go to the trouble of ordering a regular key just to open and close the top case.
Then, I searched on webike, thinking that if I had a horizontal groove type Wave key, I could use it only by replacing the Plate of the Key cylinder.

As expected, the key lock of the Top case was created by simply replacing the Plate in the existing key cylinder with the purchased key.
Cylinder is not necessary for VARIOTop case because it is not suitable for VARIOTop case, but it may be used in the future when replacing the vehicle, so it should be kept.
OEM key quantity for less than 3,000 yen using Point:2pc. We are satisfied with the Set we got.
