the fitment is a little tight This is made from billet aluminum, the keihin one is steel. It does include a new O-ring.if your old sump O-ring is cracked, then odds are the rest of your carbs O-rings are cracked as well, You should probably rebuild the whole carb!!!This new sump did thread in a little tighter then the stock one, but i removed and reinstalled it a few times and there is no damage to the threads of either my float bowl bod or the new sump. Just a tight fit I guess.Otherwise, it did make throttle response a tad bit more crisp. I haven't put many miles on it yet, but so far so good.
