You can buy it exclusively for 'r3'.It is good to use with 'active' high throttle.Simplified and small in size for easy installation and space utilization.It's also a lot cheaper.

I bought this when I installed my Posh Hi-Slo.
I believe the item is nearly identical to the one from Kitako.
When installing, it was said to drill a hole in the handle to stop it from turning.
I've removed the protruding part and installed it.
It's not particularly wobbly. It sticks.
If you're going to go through the trouble of making a hole, it's a lot easier this way.
