It prevents the backlash of the cam chain by the rapid accelerator work and over-revving, and prevents the valve timing from deviating.
The threaded locking mechanism is compatible with standard and high tuned engines.
The lock nut is a special nylon lock to prevent oil leakage.
The compact machined aluminum body is ideal for avoiding interference when installing a racing carburetor such as TMR / FCR.
●The M12 extra thick rod with 1.25mm thread pitch allows for fine adjustment.
●The O-ring on the rod, the aluminum washer on the lock nut seat, and the nylon lock on the end of the nut are used to prevent oil leakage from the tensioner in three stages.
●By integrating the adjuster head and rod section, the seal parts can be disassembled for replacement, realizing easy maintenance without special tools.
●The tensioner base has been replaced with a gasket instead of an O-ring.

The OEM Tensioner does not apply the proper pressure, so we are replacing it.
The replacement itself is easy, but the adjustment must be proper or it will be an Engine Blow!
If you're not familiar with it, it's safer to let Shop handle it.
