LED Headlight NEOL HS 5 Type 6000K for Mini Motorcycle

Quantity for PCX:2pc. I bought a set. After riding for a while, the Single Light did not light up.
When I checked it, it turned out that the contact of Connector was bad.
There is a problem of the Connector on the PCX side, but contact failure does not occur in OEMValve, so it may be the compatibility between Connectors, but I think it will be stable if a more solid Connector is adopted.
If you have the same symptoms, I suggest you recreate Wiring with Bullet Terminal or another Connector.

I heard that Chinese products are easy to break, so I bought this domestic product.
Quantity for PCX125:2pc. Set use.
After 1 year and 2 months, one of the low beams is not lit (with a slight light).
The high beam lights up fine, but this makes it useless.
I thought it was a safe domestic product, but I was disappointed that the quality did not seem to be good for the price.
The warranty is not valid, and it is better to buy a cheap Chinese one to prepare for the breakage.

'11 SUPER CUB110 (JA07) I did my best to install it in. As a result, I could not install it. I thought the product itself was very nice and bright as expected.

The head bulb of JA07 is HS5, which is curved and the reflector is round and large. It's a Multi-reflector, but the good aspects are not utilized at all, and it's not as good as the old iron CUB. I was fed up with the darkness.
(By the way, in JA10, the successor model, Valve is now HS1=H4 and Reflector is (Even the square shape is quite bright)

So I replaced it with this Valve, and the change in HI/LOW is very clear, especially with the I think LOW is very good as it illuminates Wide.

However, the heat sink of Valve is Large, and it can be inverted (required in JA07) to change the angle (required in JA07). Part of the heat sink is notched) also interferes with Wiring and Cable in Case I had a lot of trouble installing the LightBody (it's pretty hard to push it in).

Also, I had to adjust the angle of the optical axis as much as possible before I could use it properly. MinusPoint.

Mounting
HeadlightHouse of JA 07 is narrow and it is HS5 with few compatible items, but it was a pon attachment.
Valve 's Heat sink was reinserted inside out so as not to interfere in the LightHouse.
Controller removed Leg shield and installed in Frame behind Air cleaner box.
■ Distribution and brightness
When viewed from the front Valve attached to ▽ is Low, only one side on the sky side, High side and two sides on the ground side are added.
Light distribution is in a crescent-shaped shape with a downwardly pointing low, while light in a circular shape is superimposed and overlapped with low light.
Brightness is Halogen ([Color] Clear) I felt it about 30% increase of.
■ Ideas
It is four times as expensive as a light bulb, I would like it to last long, but since there is no fan, durability is anxious. I decided to always have a light bulb for when it runs out (OK with change of connection)
Also, the electric power of 10 ~ 15 W for the warmth is sent via the power supply socket to the smartphone ? wireless ? I plan to use it to charge a flashlight.
