Sporty "ZERO"
In 2018, the Honda Monkey 125 was released under the title of new moped 2, leisure model
Moriwaki has developed two new models for the Monkey 125, the "ZERO Base" and the "MEGAPHONE Base".
The injection system that is installed to efficiently perform the performance of the air-cooled 4-stroke OHC single cylinder engine was considered and understood, and it was made to be able to bring out the characteristics and performance without the need for re-setting, just by changing the exhaust.
In addition, the stainless steel pipe is used for both ZERO and MEGAPHONE, and this exhaust is suitable for the style of Monkey 125 in terms of maintenance and cost.
The concept of ZERO is light and sporty imaging by downsizing while keeping solid sound deadening performance.The tone appeals the power peculiar to a single cylinder, and the good feeling in the high rotation range is the thing which exceeds the class.

I bought the Moriwaki exhaust for my JB03 Monkey 125, it fits ok. However the mounting brackets on the pipe and under the engine don't line up. Not a big deal. The muffler looks cool and unique. A LOT lighter than stock exhaust. I felt my monkey go a bit harder/faster, though I think it was due to weight reduction not horsepower increase.

I bought it because I like the look of it!
I don't know how easy it is to install it because I asked the shop to install it, but I think it's difficult to install it without some knowledge because you have to remove the footpeg.
It is very good to match with the design of MONKEY because of the small size of Silencer.
The sound was bass-heavy and to my liking. It's not bombastic or lacking, just right.
I'm not that familiar with the ride and performance, so I don't know that much about it, but it feels like it drives well uphill without slowing down. (Compared to OEMs.)

The perfect compromised choice
Fitted not too high, nor too low, and very important: the sound level is reasonable, just a little bit more I dont know more about how to get better. It gives a personal affirmative and not ostentatious presence, exactluy what I was looking for. Maybe a closer position of the exhaust body to the bike, just some centimeters would be more compact and improve the line ...
