**Stock clutch outer can not be used for YAMAHA 50 / 90 / 100cc series.107mm clutch outer is required.
*As to the vehicles equipped with a G-lock, this product cannot be used by replacing the outer.
*As to the vehicles on which the outer is replaced, this product may interfere with the case cover.If interference occurs, please shave the case cover side.
*This product can be installed on AEROX50 as is.(Stock outer can be used)
*This product can be installed on NITRO50 as is.(Stock outer can be used).

■Spring tightness can be adjusted by simply removing the clutch outer.
■The tension can be full adjustable by turning the adjustment part with the attached tool.
■By loosening the tension of the springs, the clutch springs can be easily replaced.
■The clutch weight can be adjusted with the attached weight.
■This model is specially ordered by KN Planning at KOSO.

Points of Attention

* If there may be an instruction manual included, it will be written in Japanese.

Purchased for JOG 3KJ 3-Clutch.

Influenced by JunkScooter repair uncle in Eastern Europe, I bought it.
Discontinued? The quality will be the same because the appearance is the same as that of a certain manufacturer of Germany.
It's a new product, but the hexagonal screw was sticking. So I prepared another hexagonal screw and tightened both of them solidly, then I turned only One Side and loosen it.
It's heartbreaking because it bucks and loosens up.

The weight is also included, so you can make it into a lightweight or heavy weight clutch.
I think it's a good idea to buy these items instead of buying a half-assed Lightweight Clutch because they allow you to get the best setting.

As for the performance of the Clutch itself, the external 2 piece Lightweight Clutch was slipping and making the Outer slippery and shiny. (Spring rate may have been weak OR strong). It's a good thing I've been using three of them because they definitely bite.
