Under frame kit

Compared to Under Guard made by other companies, it is relatively cheap and has a good texture.
For customization, the emphasis is on the appearance of the product, which is Recommendation.
I installed it on my ja45CROSS CUB, and I was able to install it by simply replacing the Bracket on the Headlight guard and the Bolt on the Center Stand. I think it can be installed in 30 minutes if you are familiar with it. One point of concern is that the Under frame must be installed in the bolt hole of the For center stand, because the bolt hole is directly under the engine, and if the Under frame is installed there, the engine will break when it hits the underside. If you want to run off-road, you should recommend the Under Guard to be installed on the main frame.
If you are using the Up type exhaust system, please be careful as it may interfere with the exhaust system.
Since the clearance with the lower part of the engine is quite narrow, it is better to assume that almost no exhaust system can be installed except for the one that is guaranteed to fit.
Because it is directly attached to the bottom of the Engine, there is a possibility of damaging the Engine when it is mounted with a heavy shim, etc. Therefore, it is better to cut or bend the Under GuardFrame.

Installing the Frame wasn't too difficult if you can remove the Covers. (I remove the cover every time I install a part, so I left the top matching nail on the cover and shaved off a few places. (Probably this is the biggest Neck! Honda, too many nails even though there is also a Screw stopper!
Under Guard Plate is installed on the frame, but the paint of the frame is embedded in the nut part, so I recommend you to tighten and loosen the bolt only a few times to remove the paint from the screw hole. It was quite tight at first. If you put the Plate on from the beginning and give it a shot, it will be hard to tell how hard the screw is and you may put the Bolt in at an angle. Like other people have written. "Bolt hole not dug vertically." I didn't have the feeling that I was going to be able to do that (a little bit, but only patronizingly! LOL)
Normal muffler and ZETA Exhaust System are guaranteed to be installed, but I was worried because I have YOSHIMURA Exhaust System installed. I was relieved when it didn't interfere!
The plate is not the same shape as the frame and is a little warped. 1 or 2 mounts of the bolt on the front side, the bolt on the rear side floats more than 1cm. The plate is made of aluminum, so if you hold it down, the bolt will be applied. Once the bolt is applied, you can tighten the whole bolt gradually (sometimes loosen it and repeat several times). If you tighten it once every few days, it will fit perfectly.
I didn't find the accuracy to be that bad in my opinion.

My overall assessment is that it looks and feels more Off-road, I wanted a CT110 HUNTER CUB (it didn't come in Made in Thailand) and now I'm a little closer (maybe?). I wanted to get the CT110 HUNTER CUB but it was not made in Thailand. The delivery time is faster than other companies (SP) (SP is late November for an order placed on April 1! I can't wait! The price is also a little cheaper! So, I'm satisfied!

However, the Screw holes are not dug vertically enough & hellip; I'm worried about them.
I had too much trouble installing the Plate, so I had to re-run the long Screw at the home center.
If the Plate is not deformed well, it does not attach well. The accuracy is a little too bad.

Protection is not a concern at all.

Purchased for forest road touring.

The screw hole to fix the Frame and Plate is obviously at an angle.
Installation is very Stress full with fine tuning.
I do maintenance such as replacing tires and chains by myself, but this time it was difficult.

12Socket to remove the Light Guard bolts on the CUB (Spanner lost.) You may need to ask the shop for a proper tool if you don't have a proper tool, as you may need a few different types of hexes.
