Вентиляция очень хорошо помогает в таких случаях. С подкладкой, в лёгкие морозы я думаю будет комфортно. Мой рост 172 см, вес 80 кг, охват груди 116 см. размер XL подошёл идеально. Размеры соответствуют таблице, не надо выбирать больший размер из-за опасения что с подкладкой будет тесно.
