LighTech's carbon parts are made of dry carbon, a strong and ultra-light material.
Dry carbon is made by attaching a prepreg sheet of carbon fiber soaked in resin to a mold and then baking it in an autoclave, which is a high-temperature, high-pressure oven.
Since unnecessary resin is removed, it is lightweight and maintains high rigidity.
Dry carbon is very useful in the aviation industry and racing industry such as F1 and MotoGP, it is lighter and more rigid than FRP and wet carbon, and there is a big difference in performance.
In addition, because wet carbon uses carbon cloth, the binding force of the fibers is weak and it will "sag". The prepreg sheet used for dry carbon is very strong, so the prepreg sheet used for dry carbon has very high fiber cohesion and does not "sag" at all.
The carbon surface is coated with a special UV-resistant clear coating, giving it a beautiful luster.
The frame protector gives the bike a more race like look, reduces heat transfer from the frame, and helps to hide scratches.
It also serves as a protector to protect the body in case of a fall.

There is a dress-up effect.

I would have appreciated it if the OEMCarbon was described in the product description as it is a twill weave.
I think the product itself is good and the fitting is not that bad, although I guess it is plain weave because of its thinness and strength.
The BigFrame type requires removing the Hose, Canister, and other parts, so if you are looking for ease, the SSK type is easy. The lower part of the frame is hidden from view once the cowl is attached.
