It is also easy to install and it is very convenient to shift the bike after installing, the shifting feels more firm and accurate. The hole diameter fits perfectly with the shift shaft of my bike, I just added a small of grease for lubrication and it works like magic, it does not show any sign any ostruction and hard shifting instance. The anode finish of the aluminum part is of high quality. The machine finish of the alloy surface is very good and smooth. No regrets buying this item, approved, tested and love this upgrade.
