Replacement from L-shaped receptacle
[How is it used?
Maintenance Hook bolt was installed on a Kawasaki Z400.
Z400 (New ModelNinja400/250Series) The ABSSensorWiring of the Rear brake is located directly under the Swing Arm, and an L-shaped bracket may cause the Wiring to become engaged and break, so a Hook bolt and this product were prepared.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image.
The plating was well finished, and naturally there were no Bolt defects, so we were satisfied with the quality of the product.
How was your experience with it?
The hook bolt is also made by JTrip, so it can be fitted with a Large change and easily STANDed.
Naturally, SensorWiring is not interfered with and is stable even when STAND is applied, so maintenance is also facilitated by the Large change.
For vehicles with a hook bolt boss, it is highly recommended to install a hook bolt and STAND with the V receiver.
I regret that I should have realized this quality earlier.
[Points to note]
I may not have adjusted it properly, but the side of the V-supporting part hits the swing arm, so when it does, I think it is better to cure the gold part with something as shown in the photo.
I cure myself with Vinyl Tape.
How did it compare to other products?
Compared to JTrip's L-shaped receptacle, this product's V-shaped receptacle is definitely easier to STAND and has outstanding stability even when STAND is applied.
I have maintained all but the Off-road vehicles I have driven in my career with the L receiver, but I wish I had changed to the V receiver earlier.
