What made you decide to buy?
We're on track for 2021! Stock and replace the remaining Shaft at once!
How was your experience with it?
If you compare it with G-Craft Shaft or OEMAxle Shaft, the friction coefficient is smaller or "Magical stick" As the name suggests, the movement of the rear wheel and the ride quality have been improved to a large extent. 20,000 yen per piece and it is not an inexpensive part, but it is an excellent product of Made in JAPAN Quartier that only the owner who changed it can feel and pursue to the material.
What is the point or hang of the installation?
Before removing the rear axle shaft, loosen the chain tension. Use the Pivot shaft that you just removed and replaced, and push it carefully from the side where Nut was removed with a plastic hammer. Because shaft is short, I was able to work easily with the length of Pivot shaft of GROM. Now, apply Urea grease to the KOOD:Rear shaft and carefully push it in from the other side with a plastic hammer. Just like the Pivot part and Front axle side, be careful not to overdo it and work carefully or you will damage the screw mountain!
I adjusted the chain tension because I had loosened the chain tension. After checking and adjusting the chain tension, I used the torque wrench to tighten the chain to the specified torque.
The rear axle shaft used in my G-CraftSwing Arm is 275mm long, and the rear axle shaft length of GROM OEM is too long to install, so I decided to use the MONKEY125 rear axle shaft. [H-RN-020] If you have installed G-Craft Swing Arm in your GROM, please check the length of Rear axle shaft described in the Instruction Manual for handling G-Craft Swing Arm. If you are using G-Craft Swing Arm, please check the Rear axle shaft length in the G-Craft Swing Arm Instruction Manual before purchasing. Please note that there is no return policy after installation!
