ENGINE GUARD FOR KAWASAKI KLX230

- Skid plate is manufactured from sheet Aerospace fuselage parts material,to give it Strength,Durability and Light Weighting in Dirty/Off-road conditions and at the same time protecting the Engine/Crank case from Stone/Pellet hits and during event of a fall.

- The Gussets are welded with parity to the parent material and Anodized to give it the Surface/Sub-surface Strength and Hardness and Protection from Corrosion

- Fitment of the Skid Plate to the Under chassis uses Specially designed Brackets made out of Stainless Steel and compatible Stainless-steel hardware

- The Skid plate need not be removed during Oil servicing,as there is a provision of a cut-out hole at the bottom,giving it access to Oil drain plug

- Quick,easy and Do it Yourself Fitment and Mounting Instructions can be accessed and downloaded from SRC Web site

Can be installed on KLX230S.

KLX230S has low ground clearance, so it might be better to have it for off-road driving. The exhaust pipe is not just a simple installation, but it is necessary to start by removing the exhaust pipe.
At first I thought it might not work, but I learned from a motorcycle shop employee that it could probably be installed on a KLX230S, so I did as he told me and was able to install it. Thank you very much, shopkeeper.
