*The limit of V-belt use is a reduction of 1mm or more from the specified width dimension.Check the condition of wear and tear periodically, and replace at an appropriate time.
*The combination of products other than those specified by Daytona, such as other companies' products, has not been confirmed (warranty not applicable)..

Reinforced V-belt for scooters with customized drivetrains such as high speed pulleys.Best durability in side and rotation direction!

●Core wire is made of 100% aramid fiber.(Unsed on some models)
●The lower rubber is renewed from the standard single rubber structure to a double structure of standard rubber and high elasticity heat resistant compound rubber to drastically reduce belt slippage.
●The ratio of each material is selected according to the engine characteristics of each manufacturer.
●The belt length is set at the same deceleration ratio as the stock belt length when the belt is set on the pulley to prevent slippage and to prevent any adverse effects on starting acceleration and maximum speed.

Really good belt, especially when paired with the Zero Variator. A tiny bit longer than standard belts so will get higher top speed. Highly recommended. I paired it with my Zero Racing Variator and 7g weights and top speed increased to 70+km/h on flat r

Since I replaced the clutch and pulley, I also replaced the V-belt, which I removed after 1.2000 km on the OEM V-belt, and it still looks good. The installation requires removing both the Pulley and the Clutch due to the structure, and I think it is normal to put the Belt on the Clutch Side and pull it to the Pulley side. At first, I didn't know how to do this. I'm not sure I can really fit it on. It doesn't seem long enough…" But when you grab the Belt with force and pull, the Spring of the Clutch is pushed, allowing the Belt to reach you. The impressions after the ride are I don't know, but I feel better somehow (laughs)." That's what I feel like. Probably getting better, though.
After installation, turn the Axel as shown in the photo to test for any defects.

Standard product

Exchange of the current Belt status is too bad.
It is a classic item as Belt exchange.

Acceleration changed dramatically because it changed from Belaru 's Belt to a new Belt.
It is expected to have durability just as it is named reinforced.

I diverted it for ZOOMER to JF31 Dio 110

Pulley is full of scratches.
Aggression seems to be high.
I made another Pulley after finishing the break-in, but there are also scratches on it.

I bought DAYTONA for curiosity but probably I will not buy it anymore.
Separately DAYTONA is not bad.

Because it is thinner and longer than the Dio 110 OEM, the shift end will be delayed.
If OEMBelt has 20000 kilometers, 10000 kilometers will be able to run.
