The exhaust craftsmen fully demonstrate their skills and sensitivity, and put their souls into each one of them to create "the first class of handmade products" which is the new version of the all titanium exhaust "Type-2"
As with all Titanium exhausts, this product is made of super light weight Titanium pipe and hand bent to create the beautiful rainbow color and unique curved lines.
"Type-2" uses Φ38 (Type-1 uses Φ42.7) exhaust pipe for better power feeling, high performance and reasonable price.

[Flange]
The stainless steel flange and socket are machined to the correct size for each model.
These parts, which require high precision, are the pursuit of Techsurf Exhaust.

[Exhaust pipes]
The pipes are heated by a burner and carefully bent by the hands of a skilled craftsman to equal lengths and as close to a perfect circle as possible.
The heat color creates a unique elegance and a sense of luxury in hand-bending, and no two pieces are the same.

[assembly line]
TIG welding is used for each joint, and the beauty of the finish and the high precision are important due to the high level of welding technology.
The pyramid structure of the collecting part provides a smooth exhaust flow and a unique 4-in-1 power feeling, allowing you to enjoy a heart-pounding acceleration feeling.

[tailpipe]
The exhaust from the exhaust pipe to the assembly section is led to the large diameter and large capacity tail pipe.
You can enjoy the change of the machine by the smooth exhaust and the beautiful curve with the best curve line for each model.

The silencers are available in three different colors.
The beautifully finished silencer is completely straight and produces a powerful "Techserfu Sound".
You can choose the outer from polished titanium, solid titanium or carbon.

●For models using the Φ100 and Φ110 silencers, you can choose from carbon, solid titanium or polished titanium outer shells.

Light with a great sound and output

I wasn't able to find a lot of info about Techserfu before ordering, but it was on sale so I gave it a shot. First impressions: obviously, titanium is super light compared to the stock muffler. When starting the bike, you get a low growl. Start riding and keeping it in 3-4K and you still get ZRX bubbling, popping, and small surges. But once you start riding and hit 5-7K the tone tops out and sounds great.Recommendation: I paired it with new jets in carbs, an emissions block-off kit, and had carbs rebuilt and synched. Excellent quality craftsmanship so far and hope it'll be good for the long run.
