one season of exploitation M-FACTOR Mfr Hyper Pulley For Today/New Today

One season of operation showed that the variator is not being finalized. or rather, the belt does not go out to the full radius. The rollers have wear on one side.

2011 year model JBH-AF68 DIO 50cc mileage is about 9200 Km
Clutch, Belt is a thing of OEM that I use without replacing from new car purchase
Weight Roller is the cheapest way of DAYTONA 5. It is 33 g of 5 g × 6
Weight is 68 kg Gram

Approximately 73 km in flat without angle / h
Approximately 77 km when going down / H seems to have been out
The climb is about 40 km / About the same as h
(If you want to keep climb speed above 50 kg, OEM Pulley and Pulley boss 5. We recommend using 5 g × 6 Weight Roller)

Acceleration in the flat is the same as NORMAL etc. However, since it becomes considerably blunt at the ascent slope, we recommend that you use it for the car that was Bore up

Because it was Pulley who seemed to be good to buy, the evaluation is high but since we can not evaluate it because we are not using the attached Weight Roller, 4. I made it to 8

AF 61 pc It is giving performance of coming

Initial Model TODAY received from a friend (carburetor) is.
NORMAL soon took refuge and it took a Rev limiter and was scared of on the main road.
Belt and Clutch were intact, exchanged only for Pulley Department, but it is drastic change.
Without increasing the number of revolutions, I feel that shifting at Torque's delicious places is going on, the Engine sound also gets quiet and it is getting excited, although the acceleration is getting better, the speed range also improves, and quiet. Image remodeling was bad and smoked, but this is also good making, reputation reason. It was good that Mr. Kami was pleased with anything else.

We are diverting for Today to SPACY 100.

Therefore, since it becomes an impression when using with SPACY 100, I think that it is different from when used for Today.

Mounting accuracy
There is no problem, I attached SPACY with non-processed ponto.
Both Roller's rolling surface and Sieve surface are beautiful.

Quality, texture
The appearance is beautiful.
However, since damage report of attached Slider was seen with Net, I made it to OEM Parts Number from the time of installation just in case.

Performance
Both start acceleration and intermediate acceleration are satisfied.
As for the Top, since Pulley outer diameter is Small, it may be a matter of seriously setting out Engine or other settings, but in NORMAL vehicles, I did not understand the difference.

durability
When we opened it after hundreds of kilometers of traveling, weight roller was out of three of six and slightly worn out.
However, because similar symptoms appeared also in the thing of CHAMELEON FACTORY used before, although it can not be said that this Pulley is bad ...

Cost performance
I think that it is cheap and good item.

Also, regarding the Weight roller, it was too light for the accessories, so separately 9. Changed to 5 × 6.
